How to Buy New Furniture: $1,500 to $4,000

NEW YORK — A $1.2 million couch, a $2.5 million dining table, and an $11,000 sofa are among the new furniture items in New York City that are worth more than $4 million.

The pieces have been on the market for two years.

The average sale price in January was $2,567, according to data compiled by RealWorth.com, an online real estate site.

New York’s highest-priced item was a $6,945 dining table from the Uptown Collection in Manhattan.

The table was listed for $2 million in January.

A $5,000 table, made of steel and carved from the same material as a wood table, was sold in December.

The prices of new furniture in New England also reflect the market’s high demand.

New England’s highest priced item is a $5.8 million dining room table from a family owned business, which is priced at $1 million.

A kitchenette from a home remodel project at a New England home sold for $1-1.5 mil.

“New England’s real estate is booming,” said Paul Gifford, chief executive of real estate research firm Zillow.

“There’s an influx of people wanting new furniture.

People are looking to spend more and more.

This year, the biggest year, it was the first year that furniture prices went up more than 20% compared to the previous year.”

Some of the most expensive items include a $15,000 gold-and-lacquered oak dining table that was added to a house in New Hampshire in March.

The new dining table is the most valuable item in the home remodeled in June, according a Zillows report.

The house is valued at $15.8 mil.

The dining table and kitchenette were also on the list of the top 10 most valuable new items in June.

The top three new items were a $8,400 gold-plated oak dining chair from a California home, a wood-and iron dining table for a new house in Maine, and a $4.5-million dining table.

In September, a luxury dining table made of wood from a Connecticut home sold at a sale price of $5 million.

Most of the furniture items listed in the Zillower report are made of hardwood, with a handful of other materials, including glass and plastic.
